Jessica Kalina is a professional who designs for practicality while keeping aesthetics at the forefront.  She began her career in Kitchen and Bath Design while in college at Chicago’s International Academy of Design and Technology.  After an internship at one of the Merchandise Mart’s most prestigious Kitchen and Bath firms, she graduated with her B.F.A. in Interior Design and embarked on a career in the field she was born to work in.  A third generation designer, Jessica is uniquely qualified to help you create a kitchen or bathroom that truly reflects your personal taste. 


With a commitment to continuing education, Jessica is a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association and has been featured on HGTV’s “Designer Portfolio” series.  She has taught several design seminars to the public on how to prepare for kitchen and bath remodels.  Recent projects include several high rise condominiums in Chicago, single family homes on the North Shore, and over 50 high-profile showroom displays in the greater-Chicago area.  She brings over 9 years of experience in the design field. Designer Caroline Weinstein is proud to be the newest member of Kalina Kitchen and Bath’s design team.  Hailing from Chicago’s prestigious Merchandise Mart, Caroline’s unique background results in interiors that demonstrate her level of sophistication.  A third generation designer, Caroline’s passion for kitchen design began with her roots.  Raised in her grandmother’s kitchen, Caroline believes this gathering space is the very heart and soul of the home.

She embarked on her career in kitchen and bath design while at Luxe Home, the world’s largest collection of luxury design boutiques.  Caroline’s past projects include several Chicago high-rise condominium buildings, custom homes, the conversion of the Ambassador Hotel into luxury homes among other Chicago landmark buildings.  Designing in Chicago’s Gold Coast, she is sensitive to the architecture and space of a home.  It is this design philosophy that has allowed her to embrace her most recent work in the Honolulu area.  Whether she is designing for an historic residence on Old Pali Road or a beachfront Lanikai residence, her passion is transforming a space into one that truly embodies it’s resident.


Linda Perlman, our in-house Interior Design Consultant, brings over 25 years of design experience to her clientele. Linda is a specialist in color and paint selection, tile design, window and flooring treatments, just to name a few. Whether it’s helping her clients select the perfect countertop or design the perfect tiled backsplash, her expertise and sensitivity to the principles of design will help you complete the look of your home.
